Long Beach Airport Aviation Center: Jonathan moved a successful plan-check engineering firm from their rapidly degrading building in North Long Beach / Bixby Knolls area, to the rarely available Long Beach Airport office space directly adjoined to the runways of the airport, sharing neighbors with the well off private airport hangers and charter flight companies below. The engineering firm won this space at roughly 20% below the market rate for this market, fully furnished, with guarantees against special maintenance costs (roof, HVAC, asphalt) for the duration of their term.

Jonathan established a relationship with a Broker-Operator with a well maintained space that was willing to take on his client in an unheard of 12-month term in order to maintain this growing companies maximal flexibility to expand and control their expenses while going on hiring binge.
